The design and color was created with my own handmade batik artwork, using pure beeswax. I paint molten wax on each piece, then dye the shirt in several layers of color before manually boiling it clean. This traditional batik process is very time consuming and skill intensive, but once finished, it become a classic garment you will want to keep forever.
This tank top has a nice stretch to it. Of course it's great to flaunt it as is, but it's also great for layering in chillier times with little batik details showing through. It's a dancing necessity and a festival must-have. Seriously, who else is going to have a tank like this? Just a select few on this entire planet! Materials are 95% cotton and 5% lycra
